The #reversereadathon is officially over. I had a wonderful time and am really happy with my accomplishments. I had made no reading plans. The only goal I set myself was to get back into the swing of things and get out of my reading slump. I think I got there. I read nearly 950 pages in ~16 hours. I mostly focused on catching up on ARCs and managed to make it through three of them. I also read a few pages in Jane Eyre. You can expect individual review posts for each ARC in the near future.
Books completed: 3 ( No Matter, Ever Alice, Things You Save in a Fire)
Books perused: 1 (Jane Eyre)
Page count: 942
Wrap-up survey
1) How would you assess your reading overall?
I’m very happy with it.
2) Did you have a strategy, and if so, did you stick with it?
None whatsoever and I loved it. I’m usually a planner type and this nonchalant laissez-faire attitude was exactly what I needed this summer.
3) What was your favorite snack?
Coffee! That’s a snack, right?
4) Would you like to volunteer for our next event?
Always! I’ve written blog posts for the official blog in the past as well has hosted Goodreads discussion groups and (wo)manned the readathon Twitter account. I love being involved.
Have a wonderful rest of your day and weekend, bookish fam. It was beautiful as always to connect with everyone.
