… and this is it, another Dewey’s readathon is in the books, literally. I hope you guys had as much fun as I did.
I had a really productive 24 hours of reading and ended up with a personal best in page numbers. I’ll be writing up, as usual, my more formal wrap-up some other time. Of, course I’ve been collecting as much reading data throughout the past 24 hours as I could, but for now, here is what I have read.
I started and finished 2 audiobooks, 2 novels, and 2 graphic novels, and I made it through roughly 15% of another novel. I did end up sleeping a few hours and I co-hosted Dewey’s blog, Twitter, Facebook and Goodreads for hours 15 and 16. All in all, over circa 17 hours of reading time, I finished 1368 pages, and I am so pleased with that.
Closing Survey
- How would you assess your reading overall? Very happy with it. I didn’t spend quite as much time on social media and thus could focus nicely on getting pages under my belt for my charities.
- Did you have a stategy, and if so, did you stick to it? I had a TBR and I stuck with it except for choosing one audiobook during my social media time which wasn’t originally on there.
- What was your favorite snack? That’s a toss up between the chocolate covered pretzels and ice cream.
- Wanna volunteer for our next event? always
How was your readathon? What did you read?
